Welcome to Spring!
Its the first day of Spring today- Do you have a spring in your step?
I've noticed the morning birdsong getting earlier over the past couple of weeks, The garden is starting to wake up from its Winter slumber and the sun has certainly been making an appearance the past few days.
I love the Springtime, For me it means new beginnings, new growth, freshness and expectation of what lies ahead! It's also time to go outside, get some fresh air having been cooped up all winter!
Traditionally March is a powerful time to focus on courage, action, passion, overcoming obstacles, new business ventures, for physical strength and independence. In everyday life the coming of spring is the time to throw out the old to make way for the new- hence the term "Spring cleaning" Its a time to consider what you can let go of....what you no longer need, what slows you down, zaps your energy and no longer serves you. Let it go in order to make way for the new.
What can you "Spring clean" in your life?
Questions to consider:
What will I let go of today?
What one limiting thought will I eliminate today?
What old "Things" can I donate, recycle or throw away?
What do i want to invite into my life today?
What one empowering thought will I adopt today?
What will I manifest in my life today?
Putting a spring in your step.
If you're not quite bouncing like tigger into Spring today, dont worry here's my top tips to getting in tune with the energy of Spring!
Put a spring in your step:
Clear out the clutter, de clutter your space, your home, your office, your wardrobe.
Get out into nature,go to the park, take a walk, sit by a river or stream.
Clear the garden, sweep the path, plant something new.
Write down every aspect of your life you'd like to let go of, then burn it.
Create your vision board, (you can contact me for more details of how to do this!)
Listen to uplifting music
Sing outloud
Dance
Play
Laugh
....the list is endless..... please feel free to add your own ideas!
Wishing you a happy Spring Equinox,
Until next time,
Make every moment count!
