Today's storytelling.
Lift off. And from the universal comms team, another new song I've never heard before, from Dua Lipa " Levitating" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WHuBW3qKm9g The line from the lyrics that jumps out at me is: "I had a premonition that we fell into a rhythm" I wonder is that the old or new rhythm? Let's see what our cards share ... First card out today is 20 Judgement. I get a strong feeling of release with this card today. In religious texts the number 20 represents redemption. Interestingly of course we are in "20 20" Angel number 2020 tells us to be prepared for the changes that are coming our way. ( blimey you're not kidding) Things will definitely change our life and we might not be happy about it at first. If we learn to trust the universal plan and flow with this spiritual journey, we will see that everything in life has its purpose. Judgment tells a story of transition, it signifies plans, often those that have been a long in the making, coming to fruition. It suggests that this is a time that is likely to shape the next chapter of our life. Judgement is ruled by Pluto, who is the great revealer, but often there's a dark night before any rebirth. Pluto brings purging and releasing buried power or core truths. It's the planet of creative destruction and it's influence can feel like extended ordeals. Pluto is similar to the energy of Lord Shiva in Hinduism. Shiva's role is to destroy the universe in order to re-create it. Hindus believe his powers of destruction and recreation are used to destroy the illusions and imperfections of this world, paving the way for beneficial change. According to Hindu belief, this destruction is not arbitrary, but constructive. We see a turquoise colour in the card, interestingly biblicaly speaking, turquoise means "River of God", and represents, healing, growth, prosperity and a new beginning, Our second card today is a return of the king of wands( wands representative of the fire element and of action) He has a mesmerising gaze as he looks out at us from the card today, he has an aura of strength about him. The salamander on his T-shirt takes my eye today. The salamander brings to focus the power of vision and opportunities. It symbolises transition and the ability to face challenges and flourish in adversity. It promises change and enlightenment. We see our king standing strong in the middle of the dessert. In the desert we have a wide open space with no distractions, allowing for clarity, revelation and purity. Because it is such a difficult, threatening terrain, it represents barriers, obstacles and challenges to be overcome. You might notice that one leg is in front of the dark barrier and one behind, perhaps suggesting that we are still working our way over the hurdles that have presented themselves. In the background we see a majestic lion. The lion represents personal power, our strength, self-confidence, courage and assertiveness. It also signifies that we are the master of our own domain. Our final card for today is 9 The Hermit. The number 9 is revered in Hinduism and considered a complete, perfected and divine number because it represents the end of a cycle. The number nine is also an important number in Old Norse myths, it’s meaning is considered to be a turning point. The angel number 9 symbolises love, faith, spiritual enlightenment, and spiritual awakening. The Hermit suggests that we are in a phase of introspection where we are asked to draw our attention inwards and look for answers within. We are asked to take of a period of inner reflection, away from the current demands of the World. In our card the woman appears to be levitating through the act of meditation. She is rising above the hard rocks of reality below. Again we see a card full of a turquoise colour. Around her we see rays of light. Light is one of the most universal and fundamental symbols. It is the spiritual and the divine, it is illumination and intelligence. Light is the source of goodness and the ultimate reality, and it accompanies transcendence into the Nirvana, a transcendent state in which there is neither suffering, desire, nor sense of self, and the subject is released from the effects of karma and the cycle of death and rebirth . In summary today, It feels as though we are still in the midst of that birthing process I've mentioned in previous storytelling posts, we are progressing though and with a little introspection, patience and inner strength we can make it to a better place. #makingadifference #lifeisbeautiful
