That moment when you're having a blast and someone captures the moment, unbeknown to you!

This was one of those moments!

And boy aren't those moments precious ?

Maybe not the most flattering of photos , but real, in the moment joy.

I was truly blessed to be a part of Liz Clark and Ian Timothy 's well being event at the weekend. The first since March... and it was superb.

A real life event, with real life people, I had the opportunity to speak too.

Now like many of you, I've utilised the virtual tools, learned more about digital business, networking and it's possibilities than I ever believed I would.... that said it was incredible to be back at a real life event .

Thank you to Liz and Ian for all of your hard work in putting on such a wonderful event whilst meeting all of the current rules and regulations.

Thank you to all the visitors who's feedback was fantastic.

Thank you to all of my fellow wellbeing professionals, who created such an uplifting and positive experience.... just what's needed at this crazy time.
