NASA- Sunspot 1302 Continues to Turn Toward Earth
The severe geomagnetic storm (Kp=7-8) that began yesterday when a CME hit Earth's magnetic field is subsiding. At the peak of the disturbance, auroras were sighted around both poles and in more than five US states including Michigan, New York, South Dakota, Maine, Minnesota and across the globe. You may have heard this week about the severe geomagnetic storm that has been taking place this week as a result of Sunspot 1302 turning Earthwards sending flares or (CME's) towards the Earth. As you can see from the photograph above, this has caused auroras to be sighted around the globe. Truly beautiful sights. But what can we make of this activity? There are many theories and prophecies that talk of just these types of occurances, all very interesting and worthy of discussion and debate.... some are of course fear based and some speak of a shift into a more loving and compassionate time here on Earth. What it demonstrates to me; more than anything, is this: no matter how powerful we believe ourselves to be as individuals, no matter how caught up we get in politics, world monetary issues, who holds the ultimate power in the world, which leaders, which governments, which countries.... Ultimately they all pale into insignificance against the power and magnificance of not only nature, mother Earth ( Gaia), but the ultimate power of this amazing universe we share. Now, some of the suggeted outcomes of such increased energetic events may well cause us to shift our way of being here on Earth. This is not a "End of the World" is nigh approach that you're reading from me, I must hasten to point out. Not at all. Scientists tell us that such activity is expected to increase over the next two years as the Sun reaches the culmination of an 11 year cycle, this may cause us to loose some of our communications infrastructure at some point in the future. If that happens, we as humans will of course need to adapt, even if only for short periods of time. Nature and universal energetic activity, will force us to shift our thinking and inturn perhaps our consciousness. Strangely, I've been saying I've had what I have described as a "Stormy" headache for days, even before I had heard anything about the geomagnetic storm. Having done a little bit of research about this, I found that there is a growing body of evidence that changes in the geomagnetic field affect biological systems. Studies indicate that physically human biological systems may respond to fluctuations in the geomagnetic field. This is the article that I found on further investigation. "An investigation of the influence of geomagnetic storms of various intensities on healthy adults’ human brain activity and its functional state was conducted. Results of electroencephalogram (EEG) investigations were used as the most objective method reflecting functional state of the human brain. Studies on the influence of geomagnetic storms on the human brain functional state of healthy adult women patients (permanent group) in states of relaxation, photo-stimulation and hyper-ventilation have revealed a negative influence of severe geomagnetic storms on functional state of the human brain. As a rule, during periods of strong geomagnetic disturbances, indisposition, weakness and presence of indistinct localised headaches were recorded for majority of patients. Complex of nonspecific shifts on EEG reflects disorganisation of functional activity of cortex of large hemispheres of the human brain at geomagnetically disturbed days, which is likely connected with dysfunction of integrative subcortical systems, with disbalance of its ascending synchronizing and desynchronizing influences. Imbalance of activating and deactivating mechanisms including dysfunctions of ergo- and tropho-tropic over-segmentary centers was registered. Strengthening cortical connections in the right cortical hemisphere and their short circuit on temporal sections during geomagnetically disturbed days were observed, while, in geomagnetically quiet days, a profile of correlation interrelations reflected weak internal- and inter-hemispheric connections. The obtained results allowed concluding that the disturbances of geomagnetic conditions can negatively influence the human organism, having an effect on functional activity of a brain and changing its background state. There are significant changes in the functional activity of the human brain during the days with severe geomagnetic storms, which reflect infringement of functions in both central integrative mechanisms, and local processes of the human brain regulations" If we have any doubt whatsoever that we are connected to the energy around us, this surely shows that we are in fact deeply connected to the universe that we live in. Now energetically I am a very sensitve being, so maybe I am more effected by the shifts in atmospherics and changes in the energy around me, but I would be very interested to hear what if any this recent solar activity has had on others. I'm excited by the shifts that we're experiencing, not to say that some of the effects we see around the World aren't difficult and in some cases very distressing, but I feel a shift that's gaining momentum, changes that are calling us to action, to take a long hard look at how we are living and being in this universe. Are we in synch or completely at odd's with our environment? Now's the time to truly ask these questions and take action towards a more integrated and respectful approach to being at one with our World, our Universe and every living being around us. Our natural world is alive with beauty and wonder. Nature's gift is imperative for our peace of mind and our enthusiasm for life.It is our role to love and nurture the universe we live in and ultimately our responsibility to care for the earth and all living things upon it. Until next time, Make every moment count! Lisa x
