Today's storytelling.
Finding joy in simplicity.
Our first card today the 9 of cups, depicticts a woman with blue hair and a rainbow coloured dress, appearing to jump for joy, a treasure chest is just on the floor behind her and an abundance of singing bowls are surrounding her. A bright light is emanating all around her. Above her we see what looks like the connection of energy, reminding me of the famous "Creation of Adam" by Michelangelo. The whole scene is awash with gold.
Out of negative feelings and heavy mental burdens comes wishes coming true. There's a freedom and lightness, a feeling of movement and illumination where there had perhaps been darkness. A feeling of being reconnected with joy and bliss.
In our next card the 3 of pentacles we see three people working together to create a hanging tapestry of mandalas. Each quite different, signifying the uniqueness of each individual and yet the all encompassing universal connection.
The colours, whilst in different order remind me of traffic lights, perhaps suggesting an opportunity to reflect on what to stop, what to start and what to pause right now.
Each person in the card has a different role to play, a different contribution to make and despite any previous perceived higherarchy, all are equally important to the creation of the overall picture.
It is in the teamwork and different talents and perspectives that the holistic achievement is manifest.
It feels a time of group effort, without higherachy or power. A time of respecting that each and every contribution is valid, important and appreciated.
There are no invaluable contributions if made from a place of love and compassion to team human.
In our final card today, Temperance, we see a young man sitting cross legged , his left arm resting upon his left knee.
The energetic flow moving between the sun and the moon.
He has a tattoo just visible upon his chest, a square with a triangle inside. It can symbolize rising up, something being manifested, illuminated, or integrated. The triangle can represent proportion, something culminating, and being subjective.
On his right arm we see the symbolism of the sun just below a faint number 8 or infinity symbol

behind him is the bright light of an angelic figure.
This is a time of regaining perspective of what is important. Regaining balance. A time for renewal. An awakening of a new way of being. Emotional connection leading over material acquisition.
