In today's interview I chat with sound healer Gregg Chapman. We talk about the healing power of sound, the detrimental effects of stress and fear around us in the World right now and how the vibration and resonance of the didge and our own conscious awareness of our personal energy can help us bring about a relaxation response.
Gregg also shares his personal journey of travelling the World, of learning from Aboriginal Tribal Elders, meeting his beautiful wife Gina in Japan and then following her back to the UK and his more recent journey through grief to healing after she sadly passed away a year ago.
