Today's storytelling.
It's magic you know. And today's theme tune from the universal comms team... Pilot and " Magic". https://youtu.be/MzlK0OGpIRs Wow now that's some delving in the archives ... 1975 I was 7 years old and life was truly carefree. I wonder.... where does that magic go ? Carefree, childlike wonder, creativity and infinite abundant imagination. "Oh, ho, ho, it's magic, you know Never believe it's not so It's magic, you know Never believe it's not so" "I love a sunny day Dream of far away Dreaming on my pillow in the morning Never been awake Never seen a day break Leaning on my pillow in the morning light" I guess there's a theme running through from previous days writing, that we are all magical creators, we just have to believe it to be so. That even if we are at home, we can imagine and create incredible, limitless ideas of the future in our minds eye. So onto our first card of the day, the 3 of swords ( swords representative of Air , thought and mind) and boy, it looks a painful card doesn't it ? Remember no card is good or bad, they are neutral. The meaning it has, is the meaning we give to it. So what could be the meaning in it's appearance today? We see a dark scene , storm clouds in the background, a gnarled tree stands bent and twisted. A wounded heart is stitched crudely with strings pulling it taut. We see a young woman screaming out in emotion, bound and hunched. She has the tattoo of 3 swords on her left arm, she carries her emotional burdens of her heart on her sleeve. It looks a very painful and alarming card, yet perhaps it is just mirroring the separation we perceive from those we love right now, from our old life, our old World and way of being. We are maybe mourning our losses. Yet there is a message of hope (birds flying in the distance). We are being given the opportunity to sit with ourselves at this time, again as mentioned previously, a time for reflection, deep inner knowing and a chance to audit our life. Those things we are tied to may also, very well be our restraints. The separation may be painful, yet the heart grows ever stronger through that absence. Perhaps we can heal many old wounds at this time, reconnect with ourselves and what is truly important when all else falls away. When we are stripped bare of the illusions of what we once believed to be meaningful, we make beautiful discoveries of what deeply resonates with who we are at heart; what really does make our heart sing and our spirit soar.It gives us permission to cut ties with those aspects of the old World that no longer serve us, to make way for the new, magical manifestations to come. The second card today is The magician, wow I love his energy. He is the master of creation, we see him sitting, soles together (souls together) The infinity symbol on his hood. He peers down into a swirl of magical abundance below him. He directs energy from the palms of his hands ( palm chakras) the symbols swirling in the energy suggesting the ability to create heaven on Earth ( as above, so below) on his arm we see a tattoo of the Merkaba. Merkaba, also spelled Merkabah, translates literally to light, spirit, body. The merkaba is said to provide protection and transport your consciousness to higher dimensions. The merkaba shape reminds us of the potential power we can wield when we unite our own energies in pursuit of connection and growth. Energy flows from on high and the magician can use this energy of creation to create change and spiritual growth ( turquoise and violet) We are all magicians. We all have the same energy as the magician. What we think, feel and embody, we can manifest ( the 4 suits of the tarot.. swords= thought and word, Cups =feelings, Wands= action and embodiment and Pentacles = manifestation). What we focus on grows, where our attention goes, energy flows. The magician coupled with our first card today; the 3 of swords, asks us to be mindful of how we use our innate and powerful magic. "Be careful of your thoughts, for your thoughts become your words. Be careful of your words, for your words become your actions. Be careful of your actions, for your actions become your habits . Be careful of your habits , for your habits become your character. Be careful of your character, for your character becomes your destiny." The Magician asks us, where our attention lies ? What point of focus do we choose ? I don't know about you, I choose to focus on love. Which brings me to a video I happened upon this morning. https://youtu.be/xFmO6a0fRs8 In truth, I don't know if Albert Einstein wrote these words to his daughter or not. To me, the factual aspect of the message is really not as important, as the sentiment itself. Which brings us to our final card for today, a reappearance of the 7 of pentacles. I feel in conjunction with the previous two cards, this card shows us that if we can give our energy to sowing the seeds of love, we will manifest the most abundant harvest we could ever imagine. It all begins with a simple intent. And that intent starts with me and with you. Go forth my friends... let's start a ripple.... #makingadifference #lifeisbeautiful #startaripple #sewingtheseedsoflove
