Reiki First Degree
An opportunity to help yourself and others to experience good health and well-being, helping to reduce the stress of daily life. Groups are kept small and informal ensuring that each student can receive individual attention.Reiki flows to the areas of need, mind, body and spirit, soothing pain and supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself. Reiki restores balance in one's life. You will learn the history of Reiki, how to apply Reiki to yourself and to others.The energy centres of the body and sensing their subtle energy. You will also receive a series of attunements to the Reiki energy. The attunements accelerate the flow of energy in the body and this enables you to begin to use your hands for healing. This workshop takes place over 2 days and is to do with self-healing and healing friends and family. A comprehensive manual is provided along with a certificate upon successful completion of the course.

Reiki Master/ Teacher
This 2 day intensive workshop covers all symbols, knowledge and attunements required to initiate into the Third Degree Master/Teacher Level of Usui Reiki. The Master level energy facilitates a huge leap in personal & spiritual development. It is therefore very beneficial for your own use as well as enabling you to initiate others. You will receive a manual and your Master level certificate.The Master workshop is taught in small groups, allowing time for practice and individual attention. You must be trained to Reiki second degree to attend this workshop.
